Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Document patient assessments and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Current state-specific caregiver or healthcare provider registration
• Proven experience in physical therapy practice

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
