Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, rotating shifts, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration in a long-term care facility.
• Communicate pertinent information to physicians and nurse practitioners, including admitting and discharging patients.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and provide specialized care such as gastrostomy tube, urinary catheter, wound vac, CPAP, and nebulizer treatments.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure patient safety during assigned duties.
• May be required to work weekends, holidays, and OT rotation; shift schedule includes days, evenings, and nights.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Hawaii Registered Nurse license (must obtain license prior to start if not currently licensed).
• Active nursing license in good standing in Hawaii.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience performing complex assessments and treatments in LTC/SNF settings.
• Knowledge of wound care, respiratory devices, and gastrostomy management.
