Key Responsibilities

• Perform direct patient care activities under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Utilize therapeutic procedures, modalities, and assistive devices to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
• Aid in restoring range of motion, coordination, and body alignment.
• Help relieve pain and facilitate recovery through targeted interventions.
• Adhere to state practice acts and clinical protocols in all patient treatments.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in California.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments.
