• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plan of care interventions including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments for OB/GYN and postpartum patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team, physicians, patients, and families
• Monitor and record patient conditions, communicate updates to relevant parties, and provide patient and family education tailored to individual needs
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as personal hygiene, nutrition, elimination, and mobility support for patients
• Circulate during cesarean sections and assist physicians as needed during deliveries
• Attend to neonatal assessments post-delivery and support maternal recovery care following surgical procedures
• Follow policies related to surgical recovery and patient safety during obstetric and neonatal care

Required Qualifications

• Valid Wyoming RN license or RN compact license
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN (must be attached to submission)
• Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in Level 1 Nursery, Postpartum, OB/GYN, and Labor & Delivery or LDRP settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for OB/GYN post-op, antepartum, triage, and postpartum patients
• Certification in fetal monitoring (attendance at certification classes every two years)
• Knowledge of neonatal assessments and obstetric emergency procedures
