Night shift, full-time, 36 hours per week, 3 shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in ICU and step-down/intermediate units.
- Support critical care patients during night shifts (7 PM – 7:30 AM).
- Float between ICU and step-down units based on census and operational needs.
- Administer treatments, monitor patient status, and document care using Meditech EMR.
- Adhere to facility protocols and ensure patient safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of critical care experience.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Ability to float between ICU and intermediate units as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Meditech Electronic Medical Records.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to unit needs.
