- Full-time, Night shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
- Safeguard residents’ property and maintain their privacy and dignity.
- Provide opportunities for residents’ independence and choices.
- Ensure safe, clean, and orderly living environments.
- Follow physicians’ orders and notify relevant staff promptly.
- Observe, document, and report residents’ conditions and responses.
- Respond quickly to resident call lights and assist as needed.
- Educate residents and families about care plans and procedures.
- Use EMR systems accurately and operate transfer equipment safely.
- Adhere to safety protocols related to fire, disaster, and departmental procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Valid RN licensure for the state of practice.
- Current BLS certification.
- Basic nursing skills and knowledge of medication effects and side effects.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems.
- Knowledge of resident safety protocols and transfer techniques.
