Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Contract, 4x12-hour rotating shifts (day/night), Night or Day shifts based on facility needs, 26 or 13-week assignments, Travel assignments only

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a long-term care/senior nursing facility setting
• Adhere to all clinical and safety protocols, including obtaining required certifications during orientation
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic charting systems (ECSP)
• Ensure compliance with state licensing and facility policies, including food worker certification and Hep B vaccination requirements
• Participate in on-call duties and work holiday coverage as needed

Required Qualifications

• Valid Alaska State Registered Nurse license (or pending license with approved criteria)
• Minimum one year LTC/SNF experience
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to obtain Alaska Food Worker Certification during orientation (small fee applicable)
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance for vehicle use (if applicable)
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including holidays, with 60 guaranteed hours biweekly

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience in LTC facilities preferred
• Epic electronic charting experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
