• Full-time, night shifts (4x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy care to neonatal and pediatric patients, primarily in Labor & Delivery (L&D) and NICU units.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress.
• Float within hospital units, including PICU and Peds Acute Care, based on hospital needs.
• Ensure all certifications and licenses are current and in hand prior to start.
• Adhere to facility-specific policies, including holiday work and RTO approvals.

Required Qualifications

• Indiana State License (must be in hand prior to start)
• Minimum of 2 years NICU or PICU experience in a Children's Hospital setting within the last 3 years
• Valid ACLS, BLS, NBRC RRT certifications; NRP required for certain units (can be obtained after offer)
• PALS preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in Labor & Delivery (L&D) necessary
• 18 months of recent pediatric hospital experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with neonatal or pediatric intensive care units
• Comfortable with floating within hospital units, including Peds and PICU
• Experience working in an accredited, regional or CoARC-approved facility
