Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to adult, geriatric, and adolescent patients in outpatient settings
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on evaluations such as fall risk assessments and orthopedic evaluations
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55+ visits per week, ensuring productivity goals are met
• Document patient progress and treatment details accurately using NextGen EHR system
• Apply clinical skills to treat conditions including musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-operative cases such as back pain, fractures, and post-surgical rehabilitation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care and effective case management

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• 1+ year of relevant clinical experience (new grads considered)
• Proficiency with orthopedic and neuro assessment techniques
• Experience with EHR documentation, preferably NextGen
• Ability to assess and treat diverse patient populations with various conditions

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with the following conditions: Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tears, Low Back Pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Fractures, Osteoarthritis, Plantar Fasciitis, Rotator Cuff injuries, and neuromuscular disorders such as Parkinson’s and Vestibular/Vertigo
• Familiarity with outpatient therapy workflows and productivity standards
