Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shift, 8 hours per shift, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services in a clinical setting, focusing on patient recovery and improvement
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patient needs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy interventions accordingly
• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
• Support weekends as required to ensure comprehensive patient coverage

Required Qualifications
• Current certification and license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Hawaii
• Ability to work weekends and flexible scheduling as needed
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities for diverse patient populations
