Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to long-term care residents in accordance with nursing protocols
- Monitor patient health and vital signs, reporting changes to supervising clinicians
- Assist with activities of daily living and maintain patient comfort and safety
- Document patient care accurately in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care delivery
- Adhere to all safety and infection control procedures
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Previous experience in long-term care (LTC) or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work night shifts and manage a demanding caseload
- Basic knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working 12-hour night shifts
- Familiarity with Colorado state healthcare regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
