Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to designated patient populations.
• Manage a productivity goal of approximately 12-14 patient visits per day.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize clinic flow.
• Ensure all clinical documentation and patient care adhere to facility standards.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver quality patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Virginia.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to work day shifts, up to 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates considered if they have relevant clinical experience.
• Experience with outpatient orthopedic populations.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
