Key Responsibilities
- Perform outpatient pediatric occupational therapy services, including evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning.
- Conduct clinical observations, standardized testing, and collaborate with caregivers to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy sessions focusing on sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, self-help, fine and gross motor skills, play, and behavioral development.
- Document patient progress, modify treatment goals as needed, and involve families and caregivers throughout the therapy process.
- Help address foundational deficits impacting skill development and promote positive patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Maryland or Delaware state licensure, depending on residency.
- CPR certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous pediatric occupational therapy experience.
