Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards.
• Work closely with patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Adhere to scheduling and productivity expectations, working up to 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; New grads are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including potential float to other clinics.
• Certification in CPR/BLS preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient clinical experience.
• Experience working in multiple clinics or with diverse patient populations.
• Willingness to float between clinics as needed.
