Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services to a diverse adult patient population, including orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic, and medical/surgical cases.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement effective interventions tailored to individual patient conditions.
• Document patient progress and interact with interdisciplinary team members using electronic medical records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including dress code (grey scrubs) and safety protocols.
• Manage patient ratios and prioritize patient care effectively during assigned shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in acute hospital, inpatient rehab, or skilled nursing facility settings.
• Ability to work days, 8.5-hour shifts, with flexibility to cover varied hours as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Experience working in a hospital environment with orthopedic, neurologic, cardiovascular, or medical/surgical patients.
• Strong critical thinking skills and excellent time management.
• Compassionate team player with great patient care skills.
