Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Day shifts, 4 days per week, 8-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and function
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient treatment and progress in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications
• Valid and current license as a Physical Therapist
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in outpatient or acute care settings
• Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required)
