Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, day shifts, varied start times, 8 or 10-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and images
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide quality imaging services
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
- Rotate on-call duties including weeknights, weekends, and holidays
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program
- Current registration as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or ARDMS Board Eligible
- BLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
- Ability to operate ultrasound equipment with proficiency
- Strong communication and patient care skills
