Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide rehabilitative services to patients under supervision
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
• Support patient care through therapeutic exercises and interventions
• Ensure safety and compliance with healthcare standards

Required Qualifications

• Arizona state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant (or must have already applied and able to provide ETA for license approval)
• Previous experience working as a Physical Therapy Assistant (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Certification and compliance with healthcare credentialing standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings
• Familiarity with documentation software and therapy equipment
• Bilingual skills (a plus)
