Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans.
• Complete documentation in coordination with ATI and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
• Set up and utilize provided equipment during therapy sessions.
• Adhere to facility protocols including dress code and parking policies.
• Maintain active licensure and stay current with credentialing requirements.
• Ensure timely documentation and billing within weekly cycles.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Experience in setting up and delivering therapy treatments.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Willingness to work dayshift hours.
• Equipment will be provided during the interview process.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a similar clinical setting.
• Knowledge of therapy documentation systems and processes.
