• Full-time, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, temporary/contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and adolescent patients in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting.
• Monitor patients’ cardiac status using telemetry equipment and respond to changes.
• Administer medications, including blood products and IV therapies, and manage central lines, PICC lines, and arterial lines.
• Assist with procedures such as port accesses, chest tube insertions/removals, and high-flow nasal cannula therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for symptom management and patient care planning.
• Ensure infection control protocols and patient safety measures are strictly followed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in a similar setting.
• Valid RN license (compact or state license) in Ohio or eligible for licensure.
• BCLS certification.
• Experience interpreting dysrhythmias and managing complex intravenous therapies.
• EPIC electronic medical record experience.
• Ability to interpret ABGs and manage high-acuity patients.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel or agency nursing experience.
• Experience with GE telemetry systems and advanced monitoring equipment.
• Knowledge of infection prevention and safety protocols.
