• Full-time, night shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Medical Surgical environment.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to clinical needs during night shifts.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities accurately using the EPIC electronic charting system.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
• Float within the service line and to nearby facilities as needed, within scope.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Illinois RN license (compact license accepted; must match state of residence).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical setting.
• EPIC charting experience preferred.
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift schedule.
• Must have a valid SSN and date of birth for background verification.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in acute care hospital environments.
• Familiarity with hospital policies related to RTO and compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle float assignments across service lines or facilities.
