• Full-time, Days shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and high-quality patient-centered care in the operating room and perioperative services.
• Act as a patient advocate and ensure compliance with surgical standards of nursing practice.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement patient care, including conducting head-to-toe assessments.
• Maintain sterile technique and adapt to changing priorities within the clinical setting.
• Reassess and manage patient pain using appropriate techniques, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments and diagnoses.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a Registered Nursing Program.
• Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and perioperative nursing standards.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an operating room environment.
• Knowledge of age-specific patient care (pediatric, geriatric).
• Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple assignments.
