• Full-time, Days shift, 4 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients in pain management, improving mobility, and increasing independence.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for movement dysfunction or pain.
• Help reduce fall risk and support recovery from surgery or injury.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, discharges, insurance approvals/denials, and patient communications.
• Communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, patients, and rehab staff.
• Assist with cleaning treatment areas, laundry, and maintaining hygiene in the facility.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Professional degree in physical therapy; Doctorate preferred.
• Valid Wisconsin physical therapy license and ongoing continuing education.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and patient care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques and best practices.
