Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Manage a productivity target of approximately 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
• Assist in float coverage to other clinics as needed, ensuring continuity of patient care.
• Based on experience, evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients following current best practices.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare team and obtain necessary approvals for additional OT hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently, managing a high patient volume.
• Flexibility to work in different clinic locations as needed.
• Willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Outpatient therapy experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different clinical environments.
