Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and pain management
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
• Current CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or inpatient settings
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)
