Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, 13-week assignment, days shifts, 12.5 hours per shift, working 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU setting.
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and support patient stabilization.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2+ years of ICU nursing experience.
• Ability to work 12.5-hour daytime shifts.
• Willingness to travel and work in a float pool environment.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a travel or float pool nursing role.
• Proficiency with ICU equipment and advanced patient monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork mindset.
