Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions
• Prepare treatment areas and assist with equipment setup
• Support patient mobility and exercises under supervision
• Ensure adherence to safety and healthcare protocols

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification
• Prior experience or knowledge of physical therapy practices preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient or clinical settings
• Familiarity with therapy equipment and treatment procedures
