Key Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures on patients following established protocols.
- Assist radiologists and healthcare providers with diagnostic imaging needs.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment according to protocols.
- Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Computed Tomography (CT).
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography (R) or Nuclear Medicine (N), or Certified Nuclear Medicine Tech (CNMT) by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
- Current state of Texas Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) license.
- BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of imaging protocols and patient care procedures.
