**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate and treat a variety of outpatient cases across the department
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records using EPIC electronic health record system
- Begin seeing patients within the first few days following initial departmental orientation
- Provide individualized physical therapy treatment plans in an outpatient clinical setting

**Required Qualifications**
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Minnesota
- Current CPR certification
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn EPIC charting system
- Must adhere to facility badge-in/badge-out policy
---
**Preferred Experience / Skills**
- Previous experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic health records
---
