Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to promote patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to optimize care.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation goals, techniques, and at-home exercises.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments and treatments.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a clinical rehabilitation setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
