Key Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, and implement patient care in outpatient orthopedic and neurological settings
• Gather pertinent data from patient charts and coordinate with care team members and physicians
• Independently evaluate all assigned patient types and recognize additional needs during assessments
• Set measurable, realistic treatment goals and regularly reassess patient progress
• Ensure compliance with all standards of physical therapy practice, including documentation and regulatory policies
• Discuss appropriate equipment and interventions with patients and their families

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
• Valid Texas Physical Therapy (LPT) license or license eligible (state or compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)

Preferred Experience / Skills
• At least 1 year of clinical experience as a physical therapist
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic and neuro rehabilitation preferred
