Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients, following established treatment plans.
• Complete documentation related to patient care in accordance with facility requirements.
• Coordinate with therapy team and medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to all licensing, equipment, and safety protocols during therapy sessions.
• Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training as required.

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license.
• Experience in setting up and utilizing therapy equipment.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Willingness to work in a full-time capacity with 5 days per week.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working at ATI or similar healthcare facilities.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
