Job Title
• CVOR Surgical Technician (CST) – Travel
Location
• Aurora, CO
Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, Full-time, Day shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM), 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with cardiovascular surgeries in a busy OR Heart Team setting
• Support procedures such as CABG, AAA, Valve Replacement, and TAVR
• Float as needed to multiple facilities within the HCA HealthONE system
• Maintain sterile techniques and support the surgical team during procedures
• Ensure proper handling and preparation of surgical equipment using Stryker and GE systems
• Collaborate with a team of RNs and other surgical staff to deliver excellent patient care
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cardiovascular Surgery
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• Flexible, confident, and a strong team player
• Ability to work 10-hour day shifts consistently
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in a high-volume cardiac surgery setting
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system
• Ability to support multiple hospital campuses and adapt to floating needs
