Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient care in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units within a Level I Trauma Center.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver safe and effective patient care.
• Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs during night shifts.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards.
• Support patient advocacy and family communication as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact state.
• At least 2 years of current experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting.
• Experience in Level I Trauma Center and large hospital environments preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts, including 12-hour overnight shifts.
• Must meet all travel compliance requirements per Tier 2 standards.
• Must be in compliance with NLC guidelines.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level I Trauma experience mandatory.
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records system preferred.
• Ability to float between similar units and campuses within 20 miles, when applicable.
