CT Scan Technologist
Location: Charleston, SC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Night shifts (3x12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and perform CT imaging procedures in a busy teaching hospital setting
• Assist with on-call rotations as part of the team’s schedule
• Float within scope to support sister facilities as needed
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Epic system
• Comply with all safety protocols, including radiation badge requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year of prior CT or radiologic technologist experience preferred; 6 months at level 1 trauma center acceptable
• Active ARRT (R) (CT) certification and SCRQSA (R) (CT) certification
• BLS certification
• Siemens CT experience and trauma experience highly preferred
• Must have a South Carolina license in hand at the time of start; pending licenses may be considered if confirmed
• Radiation badge provided by the staffing agency; must be worn during shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma environment
• Prior float experience within different facilities
• Knowledge of Epic charting system

Additional Details:

• On-call rotation and holiday rotation required
• Shift availability: 3 nights per week, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Must comply with all travel and license regulations; local candidates considered case-by-case at reduced rate
• Travel compliance and upfront RTO approval are required at time of submission
• Hospital offers parking pass at a nominal fee for nights/weekends
