Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a clinical setting under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
• Monitor patient health status and record essential information
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist in patient assessments and care planning
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active LPN license in Kansas
• Nursing clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency for documentation

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting
• BLS certification or other relevant certifications
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
