Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency room nursing care to patients
- Perform clinical assessments and triage patients effectively
- Administer medications and assist with minor emergency procedures
- Support physicians and healthcare team in delivering timely patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatments
- Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and health management
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license in Kansas or a compact state
- Minimum of 1 year of RN experience, preferably in emergency or urgent care settings
- BLS certification required upon hire
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse patient needs
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in emergency room, outpatient, ambulatory, or med/surg environments
- PALS and ACLS certifications highly preferred
- Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills
