- Full-time, Night shifts, 4 shifts per week, 10-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, primarily X-ray exams, in accordance with physician orders and safety protocols.
- Rotate between different units within the hospital as needed, including short-term acute care settings.
- Maintain accurate charting using Epic electronic medical record system.
- Adhere to hospital policies for on-call and holiday coverage, including working 3 of 5 designated holidays.
- Ensure proper patient positioning and image quality for accurate diagnostics.
- Comply with travel and hospital-specific policies, including RTO (time off) requests and floating requirements between facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid ARRT certification and state licensure as an X-ray/Radiology Technician.
- At least 1 year of relevant imaging experience.
- Proficiency with Epic or similar electronic charting systems.
- Ability to work night shifts and flexible scheduling, including holidays.
- Own reliable transportation for facility travel.
- Successful completion of hospital-specific onboarding modules, including Epic charting.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a hospital setting, particularly in short-term acute care.
- Familiarity with intraoperative or cath lab imaging is a plus.
- Ability to float within hospital units and to nearby affiliate facilities.
- Strong references from previous supervisory or charge nurse roles confirming at least 1 year of experience.
