Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shift, 8-hour shifts, 4 days per week

Key Responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services across multiple healthcare facilities.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans for patients.
• Document patient progress and coordinate care with healthcare teams.
• Travel between facilities in Tuscola, Arcola, and Bement as needed.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Engage with patients to facilitate recovery and improve mobility.

Required Qualifications
• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in outpatient or healthcare facility settings.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple facilities.
• Current CPR certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in multiple facility settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
