• Full-time, Day shifts, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients.
• Complete evaluations, care plans, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
• Communicate with insurance companies regarding benefits.
• Prepare and conduct evaluation and treatment sessions.
• Educate healthcare staff on assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Develop educational presentations and in-service sessions for staff.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
• Provide reminder calls and assist patients and families with hospital navigation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license or certification.
• Experience in assessing and treating speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Strong documentation skills for evaluations and reports.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
• Familiarity with insurance procedures and benefits.
• Knowledge of current research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
