Schedule / Job Type
- Night shifts, part-time, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Monitor and document patient health status and vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and update care plans
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN/LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Proven certification to administer medications and basic nursing procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Compassionate patient care with attention to detail
