- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor patient health and administer medications as prescribed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Mexico
- Proven experience in LTC/SNF facilities preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working night shifts in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
