• Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive nursing care plans tailored to patients’ age-specific needs, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
• Perform thorough head-to-toe assessments on patients and reassess regularly per policy, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess patients’ physiological, emotional, social, mental, and spiritual needs; develop and modify individualized care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications accurately, following the five medication rights, and evaluate patient responses to treatments.
• Educate patients and families on pain management, health conditions, and post-discharge care, ensuring understanding and engagement in the care process.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.

Required Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license.
• Graduation from an accredited RN program.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to perform technical Procedures and manual skills, including IV initiation and medication administration.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience with adult and pediatric patient care in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
