Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Nights shifts, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician and facility policies.
• Monitor and document patient health status and report significant changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working night shifts in long-term care facilities.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Compassionate bedside manner and excellent communication skills.
