Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 10-hour day shifts (4x10s) or 8-hour day shifts (5x8s), shifts may vary during interview, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized perioperative care in the Operating Room setting
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Take on-call duties as required, with details to be discussed during interview
• Adhere to facility protocols and compliance requirements
• Ensure accurate documentation and communication throughout procedures

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of OR experience with travel or 3 years of OR experience without travel
• Active RN license in Tennessee or a compact license at the time of submission
• Ability to live at least 100 miles from the facility
• Must have current BLS certification
• Willingness to work during major holidays if they fall during the assignment period
• Previous travel experience preferred, with at least one completed travel assignment
• Knowledge of Cerner is preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in high-acuity surgical environments
• Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) is a plus
• Ability to float between units and campuses within 20 miles
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
