Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Mids, 7 shifts per week, 8-week contract
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation
- Support patient hygiene, comfort, and safety during evening/night shifts
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality resident care
- Follow facility protocols and state regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Prior experience in LTC/SNF or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to work evening/night shifts as scheduled
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Must be able to commit to an 8-week contractual assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with bedside nursing and resident management
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
