Registered Nurse ICU

Job Title

• ICU Registered Nurse (Float Pool)

• Full-time, Night shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in ICU, float to all critical care floors, Emergency Room (ER), and other designated units as needed
• Assist with patient assessments, treatment planning, and execution in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient conditions and care activities accurately in electronic medical records (EPIC EMR)
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a similar-sized facility
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Ability to float across multiple units and adapt quickly to varied clinical settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in ICU, step-down, PACU, or MTC units
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
