Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • Monitor and document patient conditions, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Maintain compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations
  • Offer compassionate support to patients and their families

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas
  • Experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred
  • Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience / Skills

  • Prior experience with night shift scheduling
  • Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
