Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Monitor and document patient conditions, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations
- Offer compassionate support to patients and their families
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas
- Experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with night shift scheduling
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
