• Full-time, Nights (3x12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to both pediatric and adult populations in the emergency room setting
• Monitor patients, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality care
• Document patient assessments and care interventions accurately using the EPIC charting system
• Manage emergency situations efficiently and effectively, adhering to hospital protocols
• Float within hospital departments as needed to meet operational demands
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state RN license (Missouri or compact license; in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of ER nursing experience
• ACLS, BCLS, NIH, and PALS certifications required
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and handle a fast-paced environment
• Must meet travel compliance deadlines, including SSN and DOB verification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for both pediatric and adult patients in emergency settings
• Ability to work various shift orientations, including 36-hour weekly schedules
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
