Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, overnight shifts (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide emergency nursing care for patients in a high-volume hospital ER setting.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient condition using EPIC charting system.
• Collaborate with medical team members to ensure timely and effective patient treatment.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, including certifications such as ACLS, BCLS, NIH, and PALS.
• Maintain compliance with travel and licensing requirements, including proper documentation and certifications.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and support other units within the hospital as necessary.

Required Qualifications
• Valid State RN license in Missouri or a valid compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• ACLS, BCLS, NIH, and PALS certifications required.
• EPIC charting experience preferred.
• Ability to work night shifts and participate in every 3rd weekend rotations.
• Must have a valid SSN and date of birth for compliance purposes.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with PALS and NIH certifications.
• Previous ER or acute care hospital experience.
• Ability to float within hospital units and adapt to fast-paced environments.
